Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a 16 year old American born in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker. Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychologist. His father is an Argentine who had Scottish and English heritage. Her mother is Spanish and English origin. The four siblings of Taylor-Joy are from her father's ex-married partners. After having lived in Buenos Aires for six years, the family relocated to Victoria. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was a very difficult experience. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and hoped she could return to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she needed to go to following her departure from Northlands. Then she attended Queen's Gate School where she was a ballet student and performed in school productions. She quit high school at 16 to focus on her acting profession.
